Our Team
Maunu Borough began when Richard Evans (Maunu Gold), an original resident and landowner, started the first development of Papatawa Lane. From there it has been shaped by a local team who share a vision for creating a place to belong where community and connection to the land come together.
Simon Reiher (Shepherd Developments), Mark Jelicich (Mako Civil), and Greg Barbour (Jessie Trust Developments) each bring deep expertise in land development, engineering, sustainability and design. Working with Jarred Lloyd from Cato Bolam, Simon Cocker Landscape Architecture and a team of skilled local craftspeople, they are creating more than a neighbourhood; they are crafting a community rooted in respect for the land, designed to stand the test of time.
